住房中心成立并推出住宅可获得性指数

为了开发和提供关于住房供应和可负担性的见解和解决方案,ULI亚太区成立了一个新的中心。为了庆祝其成立,该中心推出了首版住房可获得性指数,这是一个数据丰富的资源,旨在帮助该区域内的若干核心城市的相关人士了解当地住宅市场。

粤港澳大湾区面临气候风险的威胁

中国粤港澳大湾区是世界上房地产价值最集中的地区,同时它也是最容易受到气候变化影响的地区之一。最近,ULI和汇丰银行合作完成了一份报告 ——《减轻气候风险对大湾区房地产价值的影响》。该报告分析了气候风险是否会被纳入房地产交易的考量中,并就如何进一步解决这一问题提出建议。

ULI菲律宾欢迎黄思达就任副主席

AECOM菲律宾执行官兼战略、发展和城市副总裁、亚洲区ESG业务负责人黄思达被选为ULI菲律宾副主席,任期自2022年7月1日开始。


黄先生是亚太地区、南亚和中东地区多学科城市和区域规划实践的全球领导者,负责可持续城镇、韧性经济、未来流动性、数字基础设施以及面向商业案例和社区建设的综合基础设施。他在20多年前就加入了ULI成为会员。 


ULI新加坡:个人近距离系列

自2022年2月推出 "个人近距离接触 " 系列活动以来,ULI新加坡的学生会员人数和参与度都有所提高。在青年领袖小组的推动下,学生会员与同行建立了新的联系,并从各个行业领袖的分享中获得了关于职业选择、基本的终身技能以及当前趋势和见解的丰富观点。学生会员们还了解到,纵使行业领袖们各有千秋,但他们都有一个共同点,那就是在其职业生涯中不断向周围的人学习。


ULI大湾区:城市更新项目考察:南头古城

8月6日,万科南头古城首席顾问Anson Chan主持了南头古城的项目考察活动。南头是深圳最负盛名的城中村改造项目之一,也是近两年来最受欢迎的文化和时尚目的地。Anson Chan分享了一些幕后故事,包括深圳城中村的改造机制,以及建设过程中的困难和机遇等。


ULI中国香港:探访KIN美食馆欢迎新会员

ULI中国香港举办KIN探访专属活动,欢迎在过去一年中加入的所有新会员。KIN是一种数字化的综合餐饮解决方案,适用于多用途开发项目以及和垂直化人群。


ULI上海:疫情影响下的办公楼租赁趋势研讨会

8月23日, 50余位参会者出席了由ULI上海主办的疫情影响下的办公楼租赁趋势研讨会,这是上海解封后ULI上海举办的第一次线下活动。鉴于最近发布了疫情下的跨国公司房地产战略调查报告,来自凯德投资、摩根士丹利房地产基金、德事、中海上海商管公司和第一太平戴维斯的多学科专家就新冠疫情对写字楼租赁市场的影响、出现的挑战和机遇发表了各自的见解。

New Centre for Housing and Launch of

Home Attainability Index

ULI Asia Pacific has launched a new centre to develop and deliver insights and solutions on housing supply and affordability. To commemorate this opening, the centre launched theinaugural edition of the attainability index, a data-rich resource for understanding the extent to which a housing market is providing a range of choices attainable to the workforce across some key cities in the region.

The 2022 ULI Asia Pacific Summit has come to a close. What an eventful week it has been. Climate Risk Threatening 

the Greater Bay Area

China’s Greater Bay Area has the most concentrated real estate value in the world. It is also one of the most vulnerable regions to climate change. A new report from ULI and HSBC, Mitigating Climate Risk Impact to Real Estate in the Greater Bay Area, analyses whether climate risk is being incorporated into real estate transactions and proposes recommendations for what can be done to further address it.

ULI Philippines Welcomes Sylvester Wong as Vice Chair

Sylvester Wong, ESG Business Lead, Asia, Philippines Country Executive and Vice President, Strategies, Development and Cities, AECOM, has been elected as the Vice Chair of ULI Philippines, effective on 1 July 2022.

Sylvester is a global leader of multidisciplinary urban and regional planning practice across Asia Pacific, South Asia, and the Middle East for sustainable townships, resilient economies, future mobility, digital infrastructure, and integrated infrastructure toward business cases and community-building. He has been a ULI member for over 20 years.

ULI Singapore: Up Close and Personal Series

Ever since the launch of the Up Close and Personal series in February 2022, ULI Singapore has seen an increase in student membership and participation. Facilitated by our Young Leaders Group, the student members have forged new connections with peers and gained a richer perspective about career options, quintessential lifelong skills, and current trends and insights from a set of diverse leaders from the industry. The student members also appreciate that not all leaders are cut from the same cloth but common across all is their penchant to constantly learn from those around them throughout their career. 


ULI GBA: Urban Regeneration 

Nantou Ancient City Tour

Anson Chan, Lead Consultant of Vanke Nantou Old Town, hosted a guided tour of Nantou Ancient City on 6 August. Nantou is one of the Shenzhen most reputable urban village revitalisation projects, and the most popular cultural and fashionable destination in the past two years. Anson shared behind the scene stories, including the revitalisation mechanism of Shenzhen's urban villages, the difficulties and opportunities in the construction process.


ULI Hong Kong: New Member Welcome & Tour of KIN Food Hall

ULI Hong Kong welcomed all new members who have joined in the past year on this exclusive behind the scenes tour of KIN, a digital forward, integrated F&B solution for mixed-use developments and vertical populations. 


ULI Shanghai: Post-COVID Office Leasing Trend Seminar

On 23 August, over 50 people are attracted to post-COVID office leasing trend seminar, hosted by ULI Shanghai as the first offline event after the city lockdown. Following the latest MNC corporate real estate strategies survey report under the pandemic, a panel of multidisciplinary experts from CapitaLand Investment, MSREF, TEC, China Overseas and Savills offered insights on: the impacts of COVID-19 on the office leasing market, challenges and opportunities that have emerged. 



ULI South Korea: Featuring the Rise in Demand for Studio Space in Seoul Metropolitan Area

ULI South Korea hosted a focus session on CJ ENM Studio Centre in line with contents demand from ULI South Korea Annual Conference 2022. The session was designed to share the centre development and its operation experiences in the domestic media content production industry, market insight and latest trends on filming and production studios.
